dirty bed linen musty carpet

the room was quite small, which i knew, but the overall cleanliness was subpar. i noticed hairs and stains on the mattress and bed linen, that was quite off-putting. there was a small window facing a wall. plus, the carpeting everywhere smelled musty and felt unhygienic

the location was EXCELLENT close to many restaurants and bars. it was an easy walk to the port and beach. the hotel provided convenient access to local attractions. i found exploring the area quite simple.

my room was VERY small and the bathroom was also compact. the bed was not particularly comfortable. the shower drainage did not function properly. there were only limited breakfast options available each morning.

the location is great close to restaurants and bars. the room was clean. the staff is friendly. the breakfast was tasty to start the day.

the carpet floor was not my preference. the window was small and could not be opened fully. the parking garage was narrow and steep. the room was very small with basic amenities.

rude receptionist mold problem

The hotel is near the port and the tram station from the airport. That part worked out just fine.

The rude receptionist laughed when I asked about early check-in. When we needed towels, we had to go downstairs to get them, annoying! Air conditioning was not strong enough during the summer. I even noticed mold around the air conditioning unit. That was not good at all.
